Information in Ads

Please consider how much personal information you will include in your online ad. There has to be a way for a potential employer to contact you (email and/or phone), just as with any other classified ad. However, you do not need to post your entire resume online. Focus on the skills, certifications, and qualities you will bring to your next job.

Words of warning: some inconveniences may result from posting your job search (or any information) on the Internet, including on our Good Old Boat site. There are scammers out there who will try to take advantage of any posted email address. To minimize the 'junk' that might otherwise appear, we will review every submission before allowing it to appear on the Seeking Jobs page. Do not ever pay to apply for a job or agree to a "finder's fee" of any sort. Never provide your address to potential employers until they have identified themselves and you have researched them. Do not give away your Social Security Number. It is never required to apply for a job. Once you are hired, your employer will need it when setting up payroll and conducting background checks, but you should have a letter of conditional employment or written guarantee of the job first.

Oracle and MSSQL DB, Citrix, Windows and Cisco experience as well. Speaks English and Spanish. Strong project management and team lead skills. Looking for a position in Minnesota or Vancouver BC. Willing to work remote for anywhere, no travel desired.
