Hatteras 65 Sail Yacht
Description
Hatteras specializes in power yachts—no standard production sailboat line exists, though a rare prototype Hatteras 65 Sail Yacht (a luxury ketch-rigged sailing yacht) was built and reviewed in the early 1980s (around 1983) as an experimental foray into sail by the power-focused company, with limited details available (LOA ~65'4", LWL 55'5", beam 17'4", displacement heavy, but only one or very few produced and not a series model).
