Holiday 30

Holiday 30

Description

The Holiday 30 is a mid-sized fiberglass cruising sloop, designed by renowned Dutch naval architect E. G. Van de Stadt and built by Holiday Yachts Inc. (Netherlands) starting around 1956. The standard Holiday 30 was produced in sloop form with approximately 130 hulls built (some sources note keel/centerboard options available, draft BU 3.25 ft / BD 6.25 ft). Features include robust construction typical of Van de Stadt designs, good bluewater credentials (comfort ratio in moderate-heavy range), and the yawl rig's divided sail area for balanced handling and reduced weather helm.
