Maestro 35
Description
The Maestro 35 is a high-quality Finnish performance cruiser designed by Eivind Still (with some collaboration from the MY Team in the mid-1980s) and built by Maestro Boats (in association with Jonmeri Yachts and Marin Form Ky) starting in 1985, with a limited production run (likely in the low hundreds across the Maestro line, as it was a boutique yard focused on premium, seaworthy designs). It features a modern fin keel with spade rudder for responsive handling and good upwind agility, a masthead sloop rig optimized for speed and balance in moderate-to-strong winds, vacuum-bagged fiberglass construction with foam core for strength and lightness, and a spacious, well-finished interior (sleeps 6 in V-forward + saloon settees + aft cabin, galley, heads) suitable for family coastal or offshore cruising—prized for its elegant lines, solid build quality, and reputation as a "little Swan" (comparable to Nautor Swan in craftsmanship and performance).
