Oyster 43

Oyster 43

Description

The Oyster 43 stands as one of Stephen Jones' most successful designs for Oyster Marine, representing the perfect synthesis of performance and comfort that defined British yacht building in the 1980s. Built from 1983 to 1986, this 43.38-foot fractional sloop combines good sailing performance with comfortable accommodations, featuring a deep keel that provides excellent upwind performance and stability. Ten boats were launched during this period, each representing the highest standards of British craftsmanship.
