Description
The Soverel 36 (1975) is a masthead sloop designed by Mark Soverel and built by Soverel Marine (USA) from 1975 to 1987. This 35.83-foot vessel represents Mark Soverel's early design philosophy, creating a moderate weight sailboat that balances performance with coastal cruising capability. With only 14 boats built during its 12-year production run, the Soverel 36 has become a rare example of Mark Soverel's work before his revolutionary ultralight displacement designs of the 1980s.
