Storm 33

Storm 33

Description

The Storm 33 is a 33‑foot fractional sloop racer/cruiser designed by Steven Killing and built by Storm Sails (Canada) beginning in 2010. Intended as a modern sportboat for club racing and fast cruising, only a small number (under 10 hulls) have been produced as semi‑custom yachts. The Storm 33 features a lightweight carbon‑fiber construction option, wide beam, twin rudders, canting keel (optional), and a powerful sail plan with square‑top main and large asymmetrical spinnakers. Its beamy hull, open cockpit, and minimal interior prioritize performance while offering basic weekending capability. The design excels in light‑to‑medium air with planing potential.
