The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 42 (also called Sun Odyssey 42i) is a 42‑foot (12.57 m) performance cruiser from Jeanneau's "i" line, designed by Marc Lombard and built from 2007 to 2012, with approximately 300 boats produced. Features twin rudders, wide beam for stability, spacious 3‑cabin interior (6–8 berths), large galley, head(s), 87-gal water, and 63-gal fuel. Balsa‑cored fiberglass emphasizes sailing performance with cruising comfort.
