Sundream 28
Description
The Sundream 28 is a 28‑foot motorsailer designed by George Hazell and built by Sundream Marine (Australia) during the 1970s. Approximately 20–30 boats were produced as heavy‑displacement cruisers with substantial power. Features a full keel, ketch rig (minimal sail area), large pilothouse, 2 cabins, galley, head, and twin diesels (typically 40–50 HP each). Steel or fiberglass construction emphasizes long‑range motoring capability over sailing performance, popular for coastal passage making and liveaboard use.
