Swan 51 CB

Swan 51 CB

Description

The Swan 51 CB is the centerboard (CB) variant of the classic Swan 51 offshore cruiser-racer, designed by Germán Frers as his first collaboration with Nautor Swan and built by Oy Nautor AB in Finland from 1980 to 1985. Of the total 36 hulls produced, a small number were built with the centerboard configuration (sometimes referred to as the CB or shoal-draft option), offering greater versatility for coastal cruising and access to shallower waters while retaining strong bluewater capability and Frers performance. It features high-quality fiberglass construction (solid hull with cored deck), teak decks and interior joinery, a practical masthead sloop rig, and a layout suited for shorthanded or family cruising with racing potential.
