Swan 55 (Frers, New Swan 55)

Swan 55 (Frers, New Swan 55)

Description

The Swan 55 (current model, often called the New Swan 55) is a modern luxury performance cruiser designed by Germán Frers with interior design by Misa Poggi. It was introduced in 2021/2022 by Nautor Swan (Oy Nautor AB) in Finland as the latest evolution in the long Swan 55 heritage line that began with the original Sparkman & Stephens-designed Swan 55 in 1970. This contemporary version emphasizes owner-operator ease, shorthanded sailing, and premium bluewater cruising with extensive customization options (over 100 choices), including different keel configurations (standard fin, shallow, performance, or telescopic centerboard), twin rudders on some setups, and multiple interior moods/layouts.
