Swan 57 CB Sloop

Swan 57 CB Sloop

Description

The Swan 57 CB Sloop (Sparkman & Stephens design #2297) is the rare centerboard (CB) variant of the classic Swan 57 offshore cruiser-racer designed by Sparkman & Stephens. It was built by Oy Nautor AB in Finland from 1977 to 1984, with a total of 49 hulls completed across sloop and ketch configurations (the centerboard version being one of the less common options). This model features robust fiberglass construction with optional teak decks, a skeg-mounted rudder, elegant S&S styling, and high-quality teak interior joinery. The centerboard configuration provides greater versatility for coastal cruising and access to shallower anchorages while retaining excellent bluewater capability and performance when the board is down.
