Swarbrick 80

Swarbrick 80

Description

The Swarbrick 80 was built by Swarbrick & Swarbrick Yachts in Perth, Western Australia, with an unknown designer. The company operated commercially from 1965 and pioneered composite yacht construction in Australia, starting in Claremont before moving to Osborne Park in 1977, and was eventually sold to Bains Harding Group in 1981. Production quantities and exact dates are undocumented, but the boat was designed as a light displacement compact cruiser offering spirited performance for coastal cruising with occasional overnight passages.
