TMI T-37

TMI T-37

Description

The TMI T-37 (also known as the TMI 37) is a 37-foot fiberglass cruising/racer sloop designed by Jim Taylor for Texas Marine International (TMI) around 1980–1981. TMI, a short-lived Texas-based company that also continued several Chrysler Marine molds, commissioned this model as a larger performance-oriented cruiser. Production was extremely limited (likely only a handful of boats before TMI ceased operations), making it one of the rarer entries in the TMI lineup. The boat features a modern fin keel with spade rudder, generous beam for stability and interior volume, and a masthead sloop rig optimized for all-around coastal and light offshore sailing with good light-air performance.
