Tri Star 35
Description
The Tri-Star 35 (also styled TriStar 35) is a spacious, cruising-oriented trimaran designed by Ed Horstman. It is part of his popular Tri-Star series of plans-built multihulls from the 1970s–1980s era, emphasizing roomy accommodations, stability, and suitability for coastal or bluewater cruising. Like the Tri-Star 18 and 25, most examples are home-built (or custom-built by small yards) using Horstman's detailed plans, often in cold-molded plywood (double-diagonal with epoxy/fiberglass sheathing) or foam/fiberglass sandwich construction.
