Triad

Triad

Description

The Triad is a 12-foot (LOA 12.0 ft) lightweight, versatile plywood daysailer/rowboat designed by Stevenson Projects as part of their popular series of simple, build-it-yourself small boats. It is a plans-built design (no factory production) intended for amateur builders using basic plywood and epoxy construction. The boat is optimized for rowing, sailing, or small outboard power (up to 5 hp), with a stable, beamy hull that can comfortably carry 1–4 people. It is popular among home builders for its romantic, classic appearance, ease of construction, and suitability for protected waters, messabouts, or as a tender.
