Tripp 30 Yawl

Tripp 30 Yawl

Description

The TRIPP 30 is a distinguished 30.33-foot recreational keelboat designed by renowned American naval architect William H. Tripp Jr. as a racer-cruiser and first built in 1963. This yacht was available in both masthead sloop and optional yawl configurations, featuring Sitka spruce spars that provided both strength and traditional aesthetics. The design was imported by and became part of the Seafarer (USA) line, with hulls molded in Europe and some finished and sold there. Only 30 units were built during the production run, making this a relatively exclusive design that represented the pinnacle of early 1960s fiberglass yacht construction.
