Description

The Tripp 40 (sometimes called Tripp 40 MH for masthead variants) is a 1990s-era high-performance racer/cruiser sailboat designed by William H. "Bill" Tripp III (son of the famous Bill Tripp Jr., who designed the Block Island 40 and Bermuda 40). It was built by Carroll Marine in Bristol, Rhode Island, as a semi-custom boat emphasizing speed and stiffness while offering more interior volume than smaller Tripp siblings.
