US Yachts 305 (Buccaneer 305)

Description

The US 305 (also marketed as the Buccaneer 305) is a 30-foot masthead sloop designed by William Garden as a family cruiser/racer. It was built by Bayliner Marine Corp. under the Buccaneer/US Yachts division starting in 1977–1978. This boat is part of Bayliner's affordable production sailboat line from the late 1970s, emphasizing spacious accommodations, moderate performance, and value rather than extreme racing or heavy bluewater capability. It is closely related to the US 30 but features a slightly different deck and layout emphasis.
