Walker Bay 8
Description
The Walker Bay 8 (also known as the WB8 or Walker Bay 8 Dinghy) is a popular, injection-molded polyethylene rigid dinghy from Walker Bay Boats (Canada/USA). Introduced in the early 2000s and still in production (including updated models), it is designed as a tough, low-maintenance tender that rows exceptionally well, accepts a small outboard, and can be sailed with an optional Performance Sail Kit. The hull is one-piece seamless, impact-resistant, UV-stabilized, and virtually unsinkable, with a pram bow and molded "lapstrake" texture for added rigidity. It is widely used as a yacht tender, beach boat, or standalone fun dinghy for protected waters.
